How I Work

Every project starts the same way - a conversation, then a site visit. From there, how much I do depends on what you need.

 

1. Concept & Layout

We start with the space itself -  how it's used now, what's not working, where the light falls. I bring layout options, sketches, and a direction for materials and furniture.

 

2. Visuals & Drawings

Once the layout is right, I build 3D visualisations so you can see the space before it exists, and full technical drawings your builder can work from - with a complete specification of materials and furniture.

 

3. Site Supervision & Delivery

If you want me on the ground during the build, I visit as often as the work requires - checking quality, coordinating contractors, making decisions on site so you don't have to. I also handle procurement through my supplier network, at trade prices below retail.

4. Handover

 

 

Styling, final details, and - once the project is finished - a professional photo shoot. Not for my portfolio. For you, to have a proper record of the home you built.

 

Payment is staged, not upfront: 30% on signing, 40% once visuals are approved, 30% once drawings are complete. No surprises partway through.
