How We Work
We take pleasure in collaborating with our clients to create their perfect home. Before we begin any design work, we take the time to thoroughly discuss your requirements. We want to know what works for you, what doesn, your preferred style and color scheme, storage needs, entertainment space requirements, and even if you have pets. We take all of your into consideration when designing your home.
After the initial consultation, we move on to planning, where we design the layout of each room to optimize the available space. The third stage is when we present you with 3D visualisations and actual materials to be used.
We will also present our bespoke joinery designs, including kitchen cabinetry, bathroom storage, bedroom wardrobes and living room shelvings and storage units for approval.
Once the designs and materials have been signed off, we would kick off the process of furniture and materials sourcing.
We work with our team of skilled tradespeople to deliver the design and oversee the work through to completion. This includes managing the budget, timeline, on-site supervision and keeping you posted on progress.

01
The Brief
The first step of every project is to gather a brief from the client. During this stage, we identify the client's primary practical needs and explore potential ways to improve their lifestyle. Maria will create a set of mood boards that reflect the client's unique style and the overall design direction of the project.

02
Space Planning
Space planning plays a crucial role in the design, whether it involves redesigning the interior architecture of an entire home or creating a new furniture arrangement for a specific room. Maria explores and refines various layout options to ensure they align with the client's unique lifestyle and preferences.
03
Concepts/ 3D Visualisations
On this stage, we create 3D visualizations to present design ideas in a realistic format, allowing the client to see design concepts in perspective. The 3D visualizations include three stages of adjustments to ensure the client receives the perfect result. Ultimately, the client will be able to see their project in the perspective of design ideas.

04
Sample Boards
After finalizing the overall layout, the attention shifts towards the selection of fabric and furniture design. The client is presented with samples of each material and finish, along with images of the proposed furniture, lighting, and accessories. To help the client visualize the complete design, a series of artistic drawings are paired with each board.

05
Technical Drawings
Technical drawings are created and issued to the construction team. Each element of design is shown to scale, including finer details such as bespoke architectural features. Lighting schemes and audio visual layouts are produced in conjunction with these drawings to ensure the beauty of the design is matched by its practical application.
06
Project Management
Once all aspects of the design have been procured, project management becomes the main focus. Work is closely monitored both on and off site, ensuring that each contractor and supplier carries out the work to the highest standard. All members of the project team work together to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
